Sealing and upkeep
Stamped concrete needs the right sealer to keep its color and resist moisture, and a re-seal every couple of years. We apply the correct sealer at install and tell you exactly how to maintain it.

A beautiful stamp over a bad base still cracks. We do the same proper prep — base, thickness, reinforcement, and joints — under decorative work as we do under any structural slab.

Is stamped concrete slippery when wet?
It can be, especially around pools, so we add a non-slip additive to the sealer in those areas to keep it safe underfoot.
How long does stamped concrete last?
Decades, structurally — the color and sealer need periodic maintenance (a re-seal every 2–3 years) to stay vivid, which we walk you through.
Can you stamp over my existing concrete?
In some cases an overlay works, but for a lasting result we usually recommend stamping a fresh pour. We'll assess your existing slab and tell you honestly.
