When replacement beats repair
Deep structural cracks, slabs that have heaved or settled, crumbling spalled surfaces, and concrete poured over a bad base are usually cheaper to replace than to keep patching. We'll tell you which situation you're in.
Clean demo and haul-off
We break out and remove the old concrete — driveway, patio, sidewalk, or slab — and haul it away, leaving the area ready for a proper new base instead of a dumpster you have to deal with.
Fix what caused the failure
A repour over the same bad base fails the same way. We correct the root cause — regrade, add and compact base, improve drainage, reinforce — so the new slab lasts.
Back to better than new
The replacement is poured to current standards: right thickness, reinforcement, joints, and finish. You end up with a slab that's stronger than the one that failed.

Do I need to replace the whole slab or just the bad part?
It depends on the cause. Isolated damage can be section-replaced; a slab failing from a bad base or widespread cracking is better fully replaced. We give you an honest call after we look.
What do you do with the old concrete?
We break it out and haul it away as part of the job — often to be recycled — so you're not left with debris.
Is replacement disruptive to my yard?
We protect surrounding areas, use the right equipment for access, and clean up fully. Most residential tear-out-and-replace jobs are done in a few days plus cure time.
